Cancer surviver becomes sideshow star

Billy Owen can put his finger through his mouth and have it come out the giant hole where his right eye used to be.

Back in 2009 Owen was diagnosed with sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC), a very rare form of caner that attacks the nasal cavity, with only a 10 percent survival rate. A tumour was removed, leaving a huge cavity in his head.

Owen recovered but was no longer able to make his living as a motorbike mechanic, so he decided to turn his misfortune into cold, hard cash by playing a zombie in music videos, performing in the “Las Vegas Goretorium” and the “Venice Beach Sideshow.”
